Studio Vault was born from firsthand frustration with tools that weren't built for how design studios actually work. After years of piecing together spreadsheets, shared drives, and group chats, we built the platform we always wished existed.

Kate Saunders is the founder and owner of The Designer's Collab, a boutique interior design and consulting studio serving design firms across the US. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Kate built Studio Vault to solve the organizational challenges she faced firsthand — and to help other studios thrive with less friction and more focus on the work they love.
