Scheduling Time
We have a great online calendar where you can easily block out time with us. You can book as far as you need but any appointments made in less than two business days may be subject to an expedited service fee.
If you must cancel or rebook your time, a two day notice is requested or 50% of service amount will be invoiced.

Delegation, Communication & File Sharing
Just send us an email detailing your needs for the day, including tasks, requirements and any deadlines as needed. All communication must be submitted in written form via email or an agreed upon project management program such as Microsoft Teams & Planner.
You can also request a virtual meeting via Teams, Zoom or Google Chat. Please note that these meetings may be recorded (for internal use only).
All files are saved to a secured shared drive using Microsoft OneDrive or a drive specified by the Designer. Please reach out to Kate for more information.

Invoicing & Payments
We will provide an itemized invoice every 14 days. All payments to be made via ACH direct deposit, Zelle (The Designer's Collab, Kate Saunders, 619.319.7079), or check payable to The Designer's Collab within 15 days.
